OWNER cleaned and operated - so you will be communicating directly with me, Sarah, before, during (if needed) and after your visit. My mom, dad and I are the "cleaning team." This means the home is meticulously clean and maintained and you are cared for like you are our best friends!

Colorado is within walking distance to the Olympic Training Center as well as Memorial Hospital. And it is just 5 minutes from two golf courses; a 5 minute drive to Colorado College and downtown Colorado Springs. Pikes Peak, Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs are a short 12-15 minute drive. Additionally, you will be only 14 minutes to the Air Force Academy, Peterson Air Force Base and Fort Carson. 19 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport. 20 minutes to The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

Summary: We had the best stay at the Columbine Cottage! The place was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Sara was an amazing host—she gave us fantastic recommendations for hiking, fishing, and local restaurants.The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept like babies every night after a day exploring the mountains and relaxing in the hot tub. One of my favorite moments was sipping coffee on the front porch, soaking in the peaceful mountain views.We couldn’t have found a better place or a more thoughtful host. We’ll definitely be back!

Summary: Everything was perfect for our family! Not only the house and backyard, but Sarah had a stroller and games for our grandkids! Homemade baked cookies for our arrival. If you are going to be in Colorado Springs then you will be lucky to stay in this fabulous home with such a wonderful host!

Summary: We will definitely be staying here again. There is so much care and thoughtfulness put into this home. Fresh flowers, bags for the grocery store, flip flops, extra towels and any amenities you might need. My mom still talks about how much she loved the sheets. The only thing we would change would be the upstairs bathroom shower and toilet are a little close together. Not uncommon in older homes. We used the shower downstairs because we are all taller and it seemed to be taller. Not that this would keep us from renting again. The location was perfect. So much love and care shows in this rental. The owners were extremely helpful and gave us great advice when asked.

Summary: The cottage was charming from the beginning. The process from booking to leaving was extremely easy and the hosts were very attentive in all details. Easy instructions on entering the cottage were provided prior to arrival, and a couple of quick text messages to us just to make sure all was ok made us feel welcomed and not overburdened. The rooms were perfect for our 4 people and the amenities were perfect. We did not have to worry about toiletries, paper towels, napkins or anything else. All was waiting and provided for us. The rooms were clean and cute. We would highly recommend this cottage for anyone with a family. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to Colorado Springs.

Summary: We stayed at this property while we were in town on business. Exceptional! Plenty of room, everything is spotless and updated, and very centrally located. I can’t say enough about the hosts – so friendly, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in this home. We will definitely return!
